Based on client provided information, we produce and distribute ‘monthly’, ‘bi monthly’, or ‘quarterly’ Newsletters. Newsletters are offered in electronic and/or printed form and the service includes subscriber list and database management. Electronic Newsletters include a headline and “teaser portion” of the copy relating to a news item, along with a “Read More ” web page link to additional information, where images can be enlarged for detailed viewing. In addition to reducing the size and therefore the ‘load time’ of the email message, this approach pulls newsletter recipients into the client’s web site, with obvious benefits.


To ensure compatibility with any email program, we produce two versions of each newsletter - one for email distribution to the subscriber list, and an identical web-based version - accessible by simply clicking on a URL in the header of the email. A link to the web-based version is also posted in the news page on the client’s web site. A properly designed and well-written newsletter is an extremely effective marketing tool, especially for sales related communications with dealers and rep firms, and product or event promotion to existing and prospective customers.
